MSF အဖွဲ့ချုပ်သို့ အသင်းသားအဖြစ်ဝင်ရန်လျှောက်ထားပါက အသင်းဝင်ကြေးနှင့်တစ်နှစ်စာ နှစ်စဉ်ကြေး သုံးသောင်းကျပ် (၃၀,၀၀၀) အား KBZ Bank account – 16950316900585001 သို့ပေးသွင်းပါရန်။ ဓါတ်ပုံများအားထည့်သွင်းရန်ခက်ခဲပါ ကအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ရုံးသို့ကိုယ်တိုင်လာ၍သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ အဖွဲ့ချုပ် အီးမေး membership@myanmarseafarers.org သို့ပေးပို့၍လည်းကောင်း လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Membership approved ဖြစ်ပါက သင့် email သို့အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် phone contact ပြုလုပ်ပါမည်၊ Member card ထုပ်ယူရန် ရုံးသို့လာစဉ်အတွင်း သင့် Photo1, CDC နှင့် Passport original and copy များယူလါခဲ့ပါ။
